Wash & fold comes back the next day, or the same evening with same-day rush. It's delivered to the same door, so you can go straight from the bag to the suitcase.

Can I use Fold if I'm only in town for a few days?
Yes. There is no membership and no commitment. Schedule one pickup to the address where you're staying, pay for that order, and you're done. Standard wash & fold comes back the next day; same-day rush gets it back the same evening.
How fast will I get my clothes back?
Wash & fold is returned the next day. If your bag is out before 9 AM you can add same-day rush for $9.99 and it comes back that evening. Dry cleaning comes back the next evening; same-day rush is available for an extra charge. Otherwise send it at least two days before you leave.
How much does it cost?
Wash & fold is $2.65 per pound with a $39.99 order minimum, so a light load of about 15 lb is billed at the minimum. Dry cleaning starts at $5.99 per shirt. Pickup and delivery are free, and there are no hidden fees.
Do I need to be at the rental for pickup or delivery?

Do I need a special laundry bag?
No. Use any bag you have. Keep wash & fold and dry cleaning in separate bags and label them so the driver knows which is which.
What if I check out before my laundry is back?
Time the order so delivery lands before checkout: schedule standard at least two days before you leave, or same-day rush on your last full day. If plans change, call or text (866) 411-6254 as early as you can and a real person will help.
