You buy the pass

Pick the campus, the term, and weekly or biweekly pickup. Pay once. We email your student a link to claim it.

Step 02

They activate it

Your student opens the link, fills in their dorm building + room + phone. Takes 30 seconds. We send a reminder the day before each pickup.

Step 03

Drop, sleep, repeat

Every campus day, they leave their bag at the dorm front desk before 9 AM. A Fold driver picks it up. Clean and folded back the next day.

The fine print.

Refundable until the first pickup happens. After that, we pro-rate the refund based on weeks used. Email [email protected] any time.
The pass covers wash & fold up to ~22 lb per pickup — that's about a full duffel of clothes, sheets, and towels. Dry cleaning and special items are billed separately at our standard per-garment rates (we'll text a quote before processing anything unusual). Wash & fold is back in 24 hours; dry cleaning takes 48 hours.
No pickups happen during scheduled university breaks — those weeks are excluded from the pass, and we'll skip them automatically. The term end date already accounts for them.
We're adding campuses every term. Email [email protected] with their school and we'll let you know when it's available. If they're at a school in LA or SF, we may already serve them via residential pickup.
Yes. We send them a clean activation link with your gift message. They don't see your card number or any pricing — just "Mom got you a Fold Semester Pass. Click here to claim." You'll get a confirmation in your inbox.
Every bag is photographed at intake. If something's damaged or missing, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we investigate and, if it resulted from our negligence, Fold decides a fair resolution directly with you (the purchaser). Any payment is capped at the linen-industry standard: 10× cleaning charge, capped at $250 per item / $500 per order.
